1st phase:
- 1/2 All-on-4 in the posterior sextants of the Maxilla + immediate acrylic bridge
- single implants in the mandible with immediate acrylic crowns
2nd phase:
- Metalceramic bridges and single crowns over implants

Procedure
Identification of the anterior wall of the sinus is crucial to plan the placement of the posterior tilted implant and the anterior straight one.





Drilling both implants at the same time allows you to take the best advantage of the available bone. Use MU Abutments to compensate the implant position.
